Prepare your files and release information before sending them to your distributor. Distribution and registration remain with the services you choose.

Turn a shortlist into an organized delivery.

An album needs a deliberate sequence and consistent delivery information. Music Catalog brings selection, artwork and release preparation into the same workflow as listening to your files.

  1. Create the album and choose the version of each song that belongs in it. Review the order as a listening sequence rather than an alphabetical list.
  2. Prepare artwork, titles, credits and identifiers you already hold. Recheck spelling and ownership information against your release records.
  3. Choose an available export profile and destination folder or archive. Listen to the exported files and verify the metadata before sending them to a distributor.

Check before you continue

Preparing a release does not assign rights or issue ISRC/UPC codes. Distribution services can impose different delivery requirements. Preserve your original masters and review normalization settings for the intended export.
