License grant
After a valid purchase, se7en beatlab grants the purchaser a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased software on up to two computers owned or controlled by that purchaser, subject to the product terms shown at purchase.
Duration and updates
The license is perpetual for the purchased version. Twelve months of updates are included from purchase; later major versions or services may be offered separately.
Restrictions
You may not redistribute, resell, rent, sublicense, publish license material, or make the software available to third parties. You may not reverse engineer or circumvent technical protections except to the extent applicable law expressly permits.
Included infrastructure
Where a plugin uses se7en Engine or another local companion component, that component is licensed only as part of the compatible product and is not sold separately.
Audio and privacy
Features described as local audio processing are designed to keep that audio on the user’s machine. Purchase and support records may be handled by the merchant of record and service providers described in the site privacy policy.
Ownership and warranty
The software is licensed, not sold. se7en beatlab retains its intellectual-property rights. The software is provided without a guarantee that it is suitable for every workflow; mandatory legal and consumer rights remain unaffected.
Termination and refunds
Material breach may terminate the license. A completed refund revokes the corresponding entitlement. The published refund policy applies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Argentina and the competent courts of Jujuy, subject to any mandatory consumer-law jurisdiction.
