Studio One scans the VST3 system folder by default. If missing, inspect View > Plug-in Manager and reset the blocklist only when appropriate.

Use the standard VST3 location and inspect Studio > VST Plug-in Manager when a plug-in is missing. Recent VST2 policy is separate from VST3.
